How should I store my loose-leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Our airtight tins or resealable pouches are perfect for preserving the essential oils and aroma.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $60. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your location.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We hand-pack our teas to ensure quality. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your zone.
Can I return tea if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea for safety reasons. However, if there is an error with your order or the packaging is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your tea bags compostable?
While we specialize in loose-leaf tea, our pyramid tea bags are made from plant-based, biodegradable materials that are fully compostable in commercial facilities.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full size?
Absolutely. We offer small sample sizes for nearly all of our blends, allowing you to brew 2-3 cups and discover your new favorite flavor before purchasing a larger tin.
