Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened tea or unused teaware in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our main blending facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5 business days.
